basic room surprise charge
The room was basic. I found it lacked proper seating without rearranging things. also, i was surprised to find i had to pay a service charge at the end, despite already paying a deposit on arrival intended to cover extras. it felt a bit sneaky.

a stay with minor disappointments
limited seating service charge
the room did not have much of a seating area. it only had a bed, a wardrobe, and two chairs in the room. proper seating arrangement was not possible without moving things around. i found it a little basic for what was advertised. the way the service charge was requested at the end was also something i did not like.
